Today’s Diamine Inkvent color is Appletini. This is a standard ink color with some lovely bright yellow undertones.

T did a lovely job capturing this bold and bright green color with some dark sheen along the edges.

I was flipping through my Robert Oster swatch cards and immediately came across two bright green colors. Then I remembered I had swatched a bright green Anderillium ink a few months ago. My Allan Hills ink was part of the Colorverse Duo collection which included Mariner4.

My RO inks show a tiny bit of dark sheen.

Here are my three choices that come close to Appletini.

For those of you who are wondering, yes the two RO inks look very similar. Green Green is slightly darker and has less yellow in the underlying color.

I don’t use too many bright green colors for my journal writing and for sketching. I won’t be adding Appletini to my wish list.
